Lovely property and very clean. The hot tub and garden furniture was a bonus. Its in a very quiet location all you hear at times is the birds. You definitely need a car to get out and about. Bed was creaky and not comfortable.

We had a wonderful week at this gorgeous cottage, immaculate throughout with everything we needed. Well looked after cottage in perfect surroundings. Ideal base to visit other areas in Lincolnshire (beaches, cities and National Trust properties), which we did, wish we had another week to relax especially with the benefit of the immaculately clean hot tub and relaxing patio furniture within the extensive grounds around the cottage. Only one slight issue with the parasol but Philip was on hand to immediately sort it out. Cannot fault the cottage in any way and will look forward to coming back next year, hopefully with the same unseasonal weather.
