My family and I were wowed the moment we arrived. The décor and facilities of the lodge were perfect, and we were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful welcome package. The views from the windows were beautiful, making it the perfect setting for a relaxing staycation. The lodge was spotless throughout, and we appreciated the little bathroom kits – vanity, sewing, and relaxation etc – which had everything we needed. It truly felt like every detail had been thought of, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wow... what a beautiful lodge! From the moment we arrived, we knew this place was special. The view, the welcome pack and the presentation of the place was just perfection.The lodge had everything that we needed and everything was clear on how to use. Being on the deck in the sunshine, right next to the water really was the highlight. We were greeted with ducklings and goslings each morning! Communication from the owners was excellent too and they were only a message away, should we have any questions. The only minor adjustment for me would be to raise the temperature of the hot tub slightly. However, that's perhaps more to do with personal preference. Will certainly be back again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

Wonderful weekend break with husband and daughter (8) - exactly what we needed! Spacious, clean, relaxing and quality throughout - from coffee machine to toiletries! Evenings under the stars in the hot tub were magic.The club house on site is about 25 minutes walk from the lodge (turn right when you come out - not left as that’s the long way round and there’s steps!) Sunday carvery was great value (need to book). No shop on the site, but we brought what we needed (and the welcome pack was such a nice surprise). Beautiful setting, felt like we were abroad and it’s only March!! We will 100% be back!
