About Lake View Lodge

Lake View Lodge is a single-storey wooden lodge perched right on the water at Tallington Lakes Leisure Park in Lincolnshire. The panoramic lake views are spectacular - you'll catch water skiers zipping past while you sip your morning coffee. This isn't your average holiday spot - it's where relaxation meets adventure without having to choose between them.

Set within a leisure complex that packs in everything from fishing lakes to watersports, you're never short of things to do. The site boasts a swimming pool for when you fancy a dip and multiple fishing spots if you're hoping to catch dinner (though past guests warn you might not catch much!). After a day of activities, the lakeside bar is on your doorstep.

The lodge sleeps 6 people across two bedrooms - one double with en-suite bath and a twin room. There's also a sofa bed in the open-plan living area for two more guests. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything including a dishwasher because who wants to wash up on holiday? The entire place is dog-friendly, welcoming two well-behaved pets.

Lodge is accurately listed and comfortable. Cleaning and maintenance needs attention especially the hot tub which was a health hazard for us. Incorrect hot tub cleaning and chemical management led to severe hot tub rash and need for medical attention. Out door seating cushions left out and soaked so unable to use even though weather nice. Site restaurantbar beer not tight problem with gaspipe cleaning and food very basic. Unfortunately our whole week ruined by by hot tub rash.

Perfect stay. The lodge is amazing. Superb views overlooking the lake and watching the water skiers. The lodge has everything you need but a set of sharp knives would be helpful . Super comfortable beds. Very peaceful place to watch the stars at night. We dont normally return to the same place BUT this lodge is definitely worth another visit and we will be rebooking.
Really lovely lodge and beautiful setting. Well equipped kitchen. Would like to mention though the lack of pillow protectors was a bit of an issue, as we were asked to strip the linen on leaving it became apparent. It's a minor thing but needs addressing as one pillow was badly soiled.

From start to finish was a great experience, perfect spot with equally great views. The hot tub was fantastic. Great area for the dogs which was nice and secure, which was extremely helpful. Would definitely return again. Would say a better hoover would perhaps be beneficial for users.
Absolutely amazing place with great views! Everything you could want is at the property and was so nice and comfortable it was like home away from home. Was that comfortable there I even thought about getting somewhere like that for ourselves. The owner was so helpful from beginning to end and couldnt thank them enough! Will 100 be recommending to friends and looking to return in the future.
