Perfect family Xmas . Downstairs bedroom and bathroom ideal for elderly . Upstairs large master bedroom and twin bedded room with shower room. The hosts left enough logs for the week and a big hamper of goodies and bubbles. The hottub was the warmest way to spend some time during the cold days and some stargazing at night. Our two dogs has a wonderful time running around the well enclosed garden. We would definitely love to stay again.

Loved the location & the large secure garden was perfect for the dogs. The cottage was clean & well equipped with pots & pans. It could benefit from having more than one serving of cutlery knives, forks & spoons. The kitchen & lounge were spacious & very comfortable. The downstairs bedroom & bathroom had an unusual layout, in so much you had to go through the lounge, kitchen & hallway to access the bathroom which was a bit inconvenient during the night. However both bathrooms had great showers. The upstairs bedrooms were in the roof space so getting to the double bed in particular was a little cumbersome as you couldnt walk full height. The heating system was very efficient & even on a cold wet November weekend we didnt need to make use of the wood burning stove. We didnt make use of the hot tub until the 2nd night. It had only been set to 32 degrees so we were only able to stay in it for a very short time. We fiddled with the temperature hoping by the following morning it would have increased. Unbeknown to us we had put it into sleep mode so the temp hadnt improved. We got in touch with the owners who responded quickly to resolve the issue & by the afternoon we were able to fully enjoy the hot tub, which was ideal. Overall, a few niggles but location, space & cleanliness made up for it. An enjoyable weekend.

Fabulous location, despite the farm track access which we found to be perfectly good bumpy but potholes filled and hedges restrained! The local village pub is community run and super friendly with amazing food booking recommended. Excellent as a base for both North and Mid Norfolk touristing.

Our second stay at the cottage, very enjoyable yet again. A perfect location for relaxing, especially if you have dogs. Take advantage of the fully secure garden, andor use the cottage as a base from which to explore the fantastic surrounding area.

Cannot fault the facilities in the cottage, plenty of equipment to use for cooking, nice to have a good size kitchen table to sit on considering there were 6 of us. The quietness around the cottage was perfect and the hot tub was great! Although too much chlorine so had to wait to get into it. The garden was big enough for our dog and he couldnt escape! We had a lot of flies in the place, as soon as we opened up we were bombarded and as much as we were getting rid they were coming back. Maybe a good search is needed inside the house for discarded food that are not at eye level? The track leading to the cottage was really awkward, especially if you love your car! Quite a few pot holes and lots of thorny branches sticking out. Not local to anything so be prepared but we knew that on booking. All in all a nice time with the family

The garden was stunning and my dogs loved it, very quiet and peaceful and the hot tub was just what we needed at the end of the day, very well equipped kitchen and we cooked a lovely roast on the Sunday. What an amazing cottage we all loved our stay Surrounded by countryside but close to the coast. The hot tub was amazing after a day out walking our dog loved the big garden to run about in. The log burner on the evening of it gets chilly is perfect. Only thing we would change is the bed upstairs is very noisy cant move an inch without waking up. If we ever come back to Norfolk this would be our first place to try and stay.

Lovely comfortable cottage, very clean. We enjoyed our Christmas break. Had a slight issue with WiFi on the first night, but property owner was very helpful at looking into this and we had no further issues. Would benefit from having a few basics supplied, especially with the location. No hand soap in one of the bathrooms. No tea towels. No Cleaning products, a kitchen surface spray would have been beneficial. Hairdryer would be a bonus.

Lovely property well maintained and clean. Garden was great and our small dogs didnt manage to escape. We found it chilly at times and couldnt seem to alter the heating. Hot tub was lovely but no lights in that area made it unusable after 6. Cot, stairgates and high chair much appreciated and all there ready. Appreciated the logs and we got kindling from the garden.All appliances easy to use and bathroom tv a real luxury. No real gripes except a non slip bath mat would have been nice for the baby and the oldie.

It was a great base for us to explore the north coast of Norfolk, Sandringham was also a great day out, and just relaxing at the cottage was nice too. The kids loved the hot tub, the dogs loved the big garden for zoomies and chilling in the sun. A downstairs bedroom for Granny was so so helpful, as was having 2 bathrooms. We all had a wonderful holiday and would definitely come back again.

Just got back from a wonderful peaceful stay at Keepers cottage. I had read a review about dog barking but we had no problem at all. Yes the neighbouring farm has dogs but only ever heard occasional bark and certainly no more than my own dogs. Considering that it's a working farm next door, it was very quiet. Just loved listening to the bird song in the garden while in the hot tub. The garden is beautiful and a small bit of woodland in it, which was great for the dogs to explore. The whole garden is enclosed so even my chihuahuas couldn't escape. There's a lot to do in the area. Sandringham is only 30 mins away and Wells beach about 40 mins. The cottage was comfortable and we loved the ice making fridge freezer. I'm sure we will be back. Thanks for a lovely stay.

A beautiful cottage, very well equipped. Beds super comfy. Wood burner is fabulous. The hot tub is lovely, however in the winter months you need lights that are bright and clear, a little dangerous in the gloom of winter. Sadly due to the awful weather we could not use the garden or the many walks in the surrounding area. I would warn tall people to take care with the low ceiling upstairs. We had a wonderful time sitting in front of the fire warm and cosy. If not for the rain the dogs would have loved the garden.

Powerful showers, comfortable beds, snuggly bedding, luxury fittings and fixtures, friendly and polite host. 100 recommended to others. The Plough Share, pub was divine with great food and servers. Nearest Chinese does deliver, however, this is a 40minute drive away. So it's worth heating up some plates and warming the oven for arrival. Yummy food though. So I'm not complaining at all! We really enjoyed our stay at Keepers Cottage. The kitchen was really well appointed with some great quality cooking implements and equipment. Our party included a baby just 11 months old and great grandma at 89 years old and two dogs. A minor problem was that we found the wooden doors somewhat noisy to open and close quietly. We would have liked some sort of rail to hang clothes on in all bedrooms rather than the back of the doors. A mirror in the upstairs garden bedroom would have been great. We agreed to pay a weekly fee of 50 for electric vehicle recharging out of courtesy although there was no mention of this in the listing prior to booking. In our opinion this needs to be addressed prior to arrival at the cottage. There wasn't much free refuse and recycling bin space and it would have been nice to know that we had to supply our own bin liners. All in all a great location and a great property which made for a lovely holiday.
