We had a great weekend at the Glebe for a family birthday, the property held 10 adults and one child with ease and we had all the facilities we needed to make it a fun weekend. Location was great, very remote and quiet, good for walking and taking time out to catch up. Unfortunately, (not the owners fault) we picked one of the hottest weekends of the year so the rooms were very hot and we were plagued by ants which came in during the night and destroyed some of our food (which was covered and put away). We all said we would come back again for another reunion - thanks again to the owners for maintaining a lovely property.

We were lucky enough to book this wonderful house on a reduced price offer and also lucky enough to have great weather, though we would have been happy spending time playing games inside if the weather had let us down. The house is great for a family get together. We didn't feel we. needed to go out and we didn't! The children and dog could be out in the secure garden with no worries, the adults could relax, enjoy the hot tub and the sauna. The kitchen was very well equipped and we really enjoyed cooking in there. So much space inside and out for 8 adults, 3 children, a baby and a large dog (I've never seen him so chilled!). The house was voted the best we have stayed in to date for these get-togethers. Sadly we didn't have the opportunity to do the wine-tasting next door - but next time!
