There are two bedrooms - one double with TV and one twin - plus a shower room and a bathroom with spa bath. Kite Cottage feels surprisingly spacious yet super cosy. We were really impressed when we arrived - it’s bigger than expected and super well equipped, with hooks everywhere which is a nice touch! The kitchen has everything you'd needand the living area is really comfy with big sofas. The main bedroom is lovely, with a comfy bed and loads of wardrobe space. We also loved unwinding in the hot tub most evenings after days out exploring. Definitely a great find!

Even though February weather was a bit grim most days, we genuinely enjoyed our stay! The cottage was spotlessly clean and cosyand the hot tub was definitely a favourite for all of us (2 adults, 2 kids). The hosts were super friendly and welcoming. Our kids loved meeting the animals - especially the new pony and the resident duck - and they had a great time collecting eggs from the chickens. It’s in a lovely rural spot, but just a short drive to the town and shops, making it a perfect base for exploring Lincolnshire!

It was such a lovely surprise to find homemade lemon drizzle cake, fresh milk, tea, coffee and all the bits and bobs we needed for our self-catering break.
